Orders for in stock items will ship the same day or the next business day.

All returns and exchange items must have a copy of either an Invoice/Invoice Number or RMA number. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
All items returned for a refund are subject to a restocking charge of up to 20%. This fee is necessary to deter those who are more interested in trying out a product than actually buying it. We ship Exchange or Replacement product back at no charge.
All special designs or special beam angles or voltage usage is non returnable non refundable.
We sell only Factory Sealed LED Products.
All products are under a two (2) year warranty from date of purchase, unless otherwise specified.
You must email or call for a Return Authorization for any product being returned for repair or replacement. Copy of Invoice/Invoice Number or RMA Number must be packaged with items to be replaced or repaired.
